Guidance

The Guidance Department at Lakeland Christian School provides a variety of services and resources to assist students in reaching their post-secondary goals.  Our mission is to provide an atmosphere of support for our families so they have the information they need to make post-secondary decisions.  The college process is exciting but can be challenging for many families.  The Guidance Department is here to guide our families every step of the way!

Guidance in Middle School

  • Classroom guidance lessons in career development
  • 8th grade parent meeting
  • 4 year academic plans for high school
  • Student presentation on transitioning to high school
  • Individual student/parent conferences (optional)

Guidance in High School

  • Classroom college planning lessons
  • Testing including PSAT-9, PSAT-10, Pre-ACT, PSAT-NMSQT, and ASVAB
